Responsibilities:
- Meetings with clients, exposing the advances in the commercialization of the assets Preparation and presentation of Business Plan to the client
- Fulfillment of tasks such as elaboration of economic proposals, designs, Leasing reports, contract control and payment following of the shopping centers involved.
- Negotiate with national and international tenants on a property specific basis.
- Lease space in existing projects and/or properties in accordance with merchandising mix and on property budget requirements.
- Replace non performance tenants in order to maximize occupancy and increase rental income.
- Negotiate relocations, divisions and merges of units with the purpose of improving the centre’s income.
- Manage lease buy-outs, surrenders, assignments, etc.
- Manage and negotiate renewals, mid-term, long-term negotiations according to the budget.
- Coordinate new contracts with all the departments that are involved such as Legal, Technical and Lease Administration.
- Define and preparation of annual leasing budgets and quarterly forecast.
- Review strategies that increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.
Profile:
- 1- 2 years experience at shopping center commercial department
- High level of English
