About the Revenue Growth Consultant role... As the Revenue Growth Consultant you will sell our Channels Plus, Demand Plus and Pay products to existing SiteMinder customers.

Channels Plus is a brand new solution that allows hotels to connect to multiple distribution channels with less hassle, and more flexibility and visibility.

Demand Plus is an add-on feature of the SiteMinder Booking Engine that helps drive bookings to your property by making it visible on the high-performing travel sites Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and TripAdvisor.

SiteMinder Pay is our official payment gateway for the SiteMinder platform.You will be building awareness of Channels Plus, Demand Plus and Pay among hoteliers, and demonstrating how these products will benefit their business.

You will achieve this by contacting customers from an opportunity list, effectively articulating the value proposition and managing a sales funnel.

What you’ll do

  • You’re busy reaching out to to existing customers, finding and creating upgrade opportunities, showcasing Channels Plus, Demand Plus and Pay solutions to hotels, and increasing revenue.
  • Managing the full sales pipeline - from introducing and demonstrating the value and usability of the products for our existing hotels, through to activating and providing guidance on next steps and how to get started using the products.
  • Bringing market intelligence back into the organization, sharing competitive threats and ideas for how to overcome recurring objections and talking to customers at risk.
  • You will be a Channels Plus, Demand Plus and Pay subject matter expert, advocating both internally and externally for the value proposition and ROI on it.

What you have

  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience in a SaaS company or in the hotel / hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English (min. C2)
  • A confident phone presence and writing skills to prepare accurate sales quotes, develop and present product demonstrations and proposals to clients in a professional manner
  • Proactive - able to manage a sales pipeline, maintain activity necessary to generate new sales, and work towards individual targets
  • High level of interpersonal skills - ability to work in a highly collaborative manner and communicate across departments
