Embedded with the relevant Rewards People solutions, PBP & PP teams, the Rewards Manager is with end-to-end accountability for delivering the guidance on reward, roadmaps for its function on scope.

Location : Madrid or Lisbon

Your main responsibilities will be :

Support People Partners and PBPs, including, but not limited to

  • Provide guidance to People Function peers under the functional scope, identifying and raising reward challenges / needs by providing global / local business & market insights into all reward processes.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of the annual compensation review cycle and liaison with relevant internal stakeholders within own functional scope (PPs, PBPs, HRIT, Finance).
  • Act as a sparring partner on individual salary proposals requiring special expertise as well as lead special Reward plans for the function.
  • Agreeing business as usual Delivery Plan on Rewards program for the function and ensure deployment (Recognition, Incentives, Annual Salary Review, etc).
  • Provide training, analyses, and background preparation for Rewards programs and processes to enable People Partners and PBPs in successfully using these and applying the Rewards principles.

Continuous improvement

  • Proactively identify areas of improvement in how the Rewards package is constructed and Rewards are applied in areas of responsibility.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in processes and raise to global process managers.
  • Conduct appropriate market analyses, identifying gap to market and areas needing special attention.

Vendor management

Review vendor against service level agreements for benefits service delivery, contract negotiation, escalations.

Risk and controls governance at country level

Ensure compliance of local rewards / benefits programs.

Support People Solutions

  • Participate in global projects and are responsible for deployment within own function along with the Global Rewards Business Partner.
  • Give input on high level training needs.

We are looking for :

  • Professional with solid expertise in compensation and benefits management.
  • Skilled in data analysis, vendor management, and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful reward programs and providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Managed the end-to-end coordination and execution of the annual compensation review cycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Provided guidance and support to People Function peers on reward challenges and needs, offering market and business insights to inform compensation strategies.
  • Acting as a sparring partner, developed and implemented special reward plans for the function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Fluency in English - any other language can be a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across different countries
