The Opportunity :

We, at Flywire, are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Risk Analyst with a specialization in audit to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our organization's operational processes.

The primary focus will be on conducting risk assessments and facilitating annual audits to ensure Flywire’s compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC and SOX requirements, internal policies, and industry best standards.

Responsibilities :

Risk Identification & Assessment : Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with business processes, financial operations, and information systems.

Analyze data and trends to assess the impact of identified risks on the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and insights.

Prepare risk assessment reports for senior management detailing findings, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies to enhance compliance.

Ensure that audit activities align with regulatory and industry requirements as well as internal policies.Coordinate and execute annual Business Impact Assessment’ processOversee and build out Flywire’s global Environmental, Health & Safety, Physical Security program

  • Audit Facilitation : Facilitate annual, in-scope audit engagementsServe as the main point of contact with external auditors and internal stakeholders for all audit related activitiesCollect and review audit evidence ensuring timely submissionMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit processes and results.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to understand business processes and provide guidance on risk management.

Collaborate and serve as Flywire’s main point of contact with external auditors as needed.Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate risk management into various business initiatives.

Here’s What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in business operations, risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment techniques, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
