International Training Project Manager BNP Paribas RISK M / F SPAIN
Concretely your daily life?
Within the Human Resources Department of BNP Paribas RISK, you will join the RISK team located in Spain and work for the Learning And Development team located in Paris and whose role is to support :
- All BNP Paribas RISK employees (WW)
- Key" populations / positions such as Senior Managers Position or Talents
As a training project manager , you will :
Support each of these populations on transversal subjects and cultural change such as new ways of working, hybrid management, agility, transversality.
You work primarily on an international scope.
- Develop new approaches ( Bottom up & test and learn approaches)
- Involve a new mind set and for this you will focus on the employee experience
- Your main activities will be design, pilot and disseminate offer of development actions / training, etc..
- You will co-design development actions (regarding the subjects above) with external and internal partners (identification of needs, animation of workshops, management of calls for tenders, deployment of training courses, etc.).
- You will mobilize and manage the stakeholders of a project (international population).
- You will regularly present the actions carried out to decision-making managers. You will provide advice to your target to best support them in their training project.
- You will set up and lead a partnership with the HR contacts (HRBP, Talent Managers, Training managers) RISK WW.
- You will develop and implement, plan, actions and communication supports
- You will set up tools to manage and monitor your activity and ensure regular data analysis.
The work environment is important! -You will join the L&D team which has 3 other training project managers. There are therefore many opportunities to capitalize on and share know-how and experiences.
You will also have the opportunity to support work-study students in the team. In addition, working mainly on transversal & change topics, you will regularly have the opportunity to work with the other RISK Human Resources teams and therefore to discover all the activities of a Human Resources team.
And after ? -The position offers the opportunity to work on strategic subjects for RISK with WW contacts with diverse and enriching business cultures.
The HR contacts are also many and varied, because they represent different organizations depending on the geographies and professions to which they belong.
In addition, the development of employees is done more and more by other means than the "classic" training, which gives the opportunity to work as close as possible to the professional realities of the collaborators, which pushes to the innovation of the employees.

And you ? - You have at least 5 years of experience acquired in transversal project management, change management and / or within a consulting team.
- Your level in English and French is advanced both orally and in writing. - You have developed a good ability to create and innovate and you are recognized for your ability to influence.
- Your adaptability combined with your results orientation and your ability to communicate will be assets for success in this position.
