Tasks
- Provide front of house duties in the office
- Greeting and assisting clients that walk-in the office
- Completing all administration tasks for the office
- Manage the agents diaries
- Contact all inbound clients within a timely manner
- Proactively contact existing contacts
- Keep the window displays up to date in the office
- Ensure all client information is up to date and accurate in our CRM system
- Generate viewing and valuation appointments for the local area
- Have knowledge and interest in the local property market
- Build knowledge of the local portfolio of properties directly listed with the business
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Further languages advantageous.
- Previous administrastion experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and results-oriented approach
- Professional and friendly attitude
