If you have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator or export administrator and you speak a native level of Italian, apply now to join a multinational in Barcelona!

Tasks

In your day-to-day :

  • You will receive incoming calls and mails from partners and provide administrative support.
  • You will support and cooperate closely with Logistics in daily operation (monitoring delivery service level and manage exceptions / delays).
  • You will ensure lead / e-Enquiry qualification and distribution.
  • You will create quotes / pricing.
  • You will proactively support the sales process by assisting the market managers and partners (preparing offers, ensuring the validity of contracts ...)
  • You will maintain the CRM / ERP.
  • You will support MM / Business in organizing Channel Partner Trainings and Events (on-site and virtual).

Requirements

You're the person we're looking for if :

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (Sales administrator, Export administrator...)
  • You have experience on working with dealers / partners / distributors.
  • You have experience working for non-Spanish markets : LatAm, Middle East, Europe...
  • You have a native level of Italian, a high level of English and an intermediate level of Spanish. Any other languages will be a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills and know how to build long-term relationships with partners / distributors.
  • You're proactive, stable, empathetic and a strong team player.
