Sales and Marketing Operations Manager H / F / N

Within your team #OneTeam

  • You will evolve within the Business Support and Control team and more particularly in the Sales operations team responsible for the Group’s sales ecosystem (tools, processes, data, etc.).
  • You will be attached to the VP Sales Operations who accompanies a team of 10 people in France and abroad.
  • You will collaborate on a daily basis with our sales forces, sales managers and COMEX members.

Your main responsibilities

  • Contribute to the bonus compensation plan of our sales teams (documentation, analysis, projection)
  • Help sales managers make decisions through your analysis, and dashboard of sales activity and sales cycles.
  • Identify and implement the analysis of new data useful to the business in collaboration with the BI and DATA teams.
  • Contribute to the definition of the budget in collaboration with the Management Control teams.
  • You are the privileged point of contact for business teams on the use of CRM and development requests.

  • Produirez des dashboard répondant aux besoins des équipes Sales operations pour monitorer leur activité.
  • Contribuerez aux réunions des équipes métier grâce à des analyses éclairées.
  • Serez en capacité de comprendre notre activité et analysez les KPI de nos équipes commerciales pour leur proposer des axes d’amélioration.
  • Vous contribuerez à des sujets ad hocs : analyse de performance des campagnes commerciales et identification des nouvelles opportunités, mise à jour des bases de connaissance et process à destination des équipes métier, formation des équipes pour leur montée en compétence sur les outils etc

And in 1 year you will master

  • Internal processes of the company and business teams.
  • Sales cycles and Marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness.
  • The tools necessary for business teams to answer their questions and development requests
  • Implementation of new processes and tools for sales teams and their training

Required Skills :

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with business teams.
  • Excel, SQL and BI tools have no secrets for you.
  • You speak English fluently (B2 minimum).
  • You have knowledge of CRM and Marketing tools.
  • You are rigorous, methodical and organized. e (you pay great attention to detail).
  • You demonstrate analysis and synthesis.
  • Equipped with a great sense of service, you are committed to having a positive impact on your interlocutors.
  • You are open to the world and working in an international context is an important criterion for you.
