Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Spanish market, focusing on the Central and Southern regions.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical consultancy to clients on Danfoss' high-pressure pump and valve solutions, ensuring a clear understanding of product benefits and applications.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to provide comprehensive support to clients, including order management, issue resolution, and technical assistance requests.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients and participate in trade fairs or industry events.

Background & Skills

  • Preferably an academic background in technical / economic areas; a degree in naval engineering is a plus.
  • Previous experience in technical sales, preferably in the high-pressure pump or valve sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, with a focus on the Central and Southern regions of Spain.
