What You'll Do :

Mission : Partner with commercial teams and internal IT to boost sales efficiency by delivering projects focused on sales process and tooling improvements.

Drive excellence to maximize Sales Tech stack ROI.

About the role :

You are a skilled Process Owner to oversee the implementation of various processes and tools in alignment with Criteo's Tech Stack strategy.

Acting as a subject matter expert of your respective area in the end-to-end sales cycle, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders such as commercial team contributors, and IT professionals.

You will drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. Your responsibilities will include process design, project scoping, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members.

Responsibilities :

Work closely with different levels of Criteo’s commercial organization to translate business needs and processes to solutions while prioritizing the identified requirements.

Business Process Owner : Be the leader and point of contact of your dedicated sales process perimeter.

Monitor and improve commercial processes : measure process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies, review and optimize processes, deploy new process effectively thanks to a strong communication & change management.

Incorporate feature requests or tool into product roadmap to optimize Sales processes and based on leadership / end users’ business needs.

Keep track of industry trends to identify new ways of improving our sales process efficiency.

Transversal coordination & organization : partner with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Sales, IIT) and your sales effectiveness colleagues to successfully deliver your project(s).

Who You Are :

Analytical background giving you the ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear insights.

Good project management skills & ability to engage, understand and manage relationships with all types of stakeholders.

Excellent English (speaking and writing) and ability to liaise with different stakeholders.

Having worked with a CRM before is a must, and having Salesforce experience is preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making with commitment to excellence.
