Sales & Marketing Junior ControllerWe're looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Controllerto join the team. This role is responsible for the execution of financial controls including all aspects of profit center accounting, revenue and cost control, financial systems and procedures in adherence with prescribed corporate policies and BU guidelines. If this is you, we'd love to talk. What You Will DoMonitor & analyze Portugal Health & Medical financial performance, deviations & follow up, suggest corrective actions when needed. Perform monthly closing & reporting bringing strong analysis. Support local Management Team in all financial aspects as Controlling Business partner. Provide ad hoc analysis to support the business. Perform quarterly & annual forecast & budget for Health & Medical Portugal Sales & Marketing organization. Responsible for cost center analysis. Cooperate with Account receivable in order to secure the correct level of risk provision. Participate to S&OP monthly meeting in order to secure alignment between Volume Demand and financial expectations. Follow up on customer Rebates accruals. Support Regional Controller with Regional reporting. Follow controlling standards and other Essity policies such as MICR and legal regulations. Who You AreUniversity degree, valuable economics environment / finance, or equivalent. 2 / 3 years experience within Controlling area or similar. Strong analytical skills to plan & analyze business performance. Reliable, dynamic and curious. Capable of communicating in openness and with respect. High integrity, objectivity, confidentially skills. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines. Technical skills : SAP, Advanced excel, data manage. Pro-activity, continuously improving and looking for process efficiencies. Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
