A key role in assisting the sales team, the Sales Support Specialist implements and operationalizes the Sales processes and sales support infrastructure in Service Robotics and supports local sales organizations throughout the proposal process by providing commercial, technical descriptions and documentation of standardized portfolio, and serving as a point of contact during all process.

In this role, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in providing best support to local sales teams.

Global Portfolio Manager

Your responsibilities

• Aiding local sales organizations by providing commercial, technical descriptions and documentation of standardized portfolio.
• Support local sales teams to prepare formal technical and commercial offers with clear contract terms.
• Supports the implementation of enabling technologies to local sales units, e.g., Salesforce.
• Supports the development and use of the opportunity tracking tools and collect the business requirements to enhance the Sales Processes and improve market intelligence.
• Aiding local and global sales organization during risk review process

Your background

• 2 years of experience in proposals and sales, working as back-end sales for industrial automated solutions and robotics.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering automation, robotics or industrial
• Proficient in English
