Your mission :
In this role you will be responsible for timely delivery of IT reporting and analytics solutions. This role will engage the business, functional teams, external vendors, and the DevSecOps PBNA Analytics team to drive issue resolution, sustainment, and enhancement activities.
This resource will provide direction and leadership to their immediate reporting team to ensure issues and enhancements are being addressed and implemented based on priority as well as meeting Service Level Agreements.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us :
- Lead activities with respective analytics value streams to take in enhancements, validate, go through the analytics enhancement workflow.
- Ensure critical business needs for reporting both within SAP S4 & eHana are fulfilled.
- Lead seamless user experience for business leveraging multiple reporting tools (BOBJ, Fiori, AFO and SAC)
- Actively engage business process owners, offering solution alternatives for optimization, simplification, and standardization
- Obtain Alignment with all sectors based on PBNA fixes / enhancements.
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore DSO team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against
- Partnering with DSO team members, identify, monitor, and implement key agreed-upon improvements.
- Attend Daily Stand-Up Meetings with greater SAP Team as well as breakout for Analytics Team.
- Provide critical input to Team Lead for report out in Agile Ceremonies (Enhancement, Ticket Refinement, Governance)
- Quality assurance point of contact, perform reviews on technical designs and builds to ensure all standards are met.
- Collaborate with global function sub-leads in facilitating governance, provide subject matter expertise, ensures team’s adherence to global standards.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
- Bachrlo s degree required
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP Analytics, SAP Business Objects tools (, SAC, Analytics for office, BOBJ)
- Expertise in S4HANA reporting artifacts such as CDS views, Fiori Apps, SAC, Analytics for Office, Eclipse Studio, Calc Views
- Experience working with GITHUB Repository
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Solves highly complex problems within their work team
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadlines pressure, ambiguity and change
- Consulting background is a plus
