Devoteam is looking for two profiles as SAP Manufacturing Service (SAP-MM y SAP-PP).
Experience :
Experience in consulting, (Minimum 5 years) of senior consultant with proven experience in Manufacturing applications (SAP related modules)
- Experience (minimum 2 years) in international projects, with a strong emphasis on solution definition
- Experience in working in a service driven, customer oriented environment based on ITIL processes, ISO 20K and 27K
- Experience within Holcim group is an advantage.
- Experience in interfaces with other streams (Procurement, finance & controlling,...).
Technical / Business Skills required and level of Tender's Knowlegde and Experience.
Generic ITSM Processes (ITIL, ISO,) : Basic
SAP PP- PI : Expert
SAP MM IM : Expert
Purpose :
Provide business value adding cost effective solutions to the European Business Model (EBM) for manufacturing processes by :
- Consulting and supporting business processes with state-of-the-art applications architecture
- Acquiring and sharing the required knowledge and skills
- And finally managing requirements, stakeholders and technology, effectively to ensure success in projects, changes, incidents resolution and other operations
- Ensure that any compliance tasks or controls that are relevant to this job are implemented.
- Work with other streams to solve potential integration topics.
Scope :
Entitled to take all necessary steps / decisions in order to fulfill the tasks mentioned below within the assigned area :
- Configuration and or customizing activities according to the business requirements on time, budget and quality
- Capture and document business requirements
- Scoping business requirements into IT solution responses
Functional scope of EBM MAN solution : , Production and Inventory ( focus in Production processes and MRP execution. Configurable material knowledge is valuable).
and interfaces to other EBM tools ( SAP BW for reporting)
- Maintain up-to-date all the EBM documentation in the areas where is assigned to
- Reconciliation of solution alternatives with application standards and strategy
- Perform risk assessments of alternatives
- Propose state-of-the-art applications architecture and solutions
- Execute 2nd Level support
- Train Key Users
- Support management of external IT consultants in delivery as well as 3rd level support from suppliers
- Support operational planning, budget plan and Cost Control and corrective action on monthly basis
Requirements
Services expected to be delivered at least 2 days in the Client offices model with desk coverage as below :
Location Onsite (Madrid, Spain)
Work Timings : 0900 Hrs to 18,30 Hrs CET Note : Spain Holiday Calendar will be followed by the Tender onsite team ( The work Timing can be flexible , that should be agreed with each service owner)
Days : Monday Friday
The services shall be rendered mainly from Spain.
The Tender is required to handle, and comply with, following language requirements :
The written and spoken language is English.
All documents produced by the Tender resources as part of this scope will be in English.
End-users supply information must be done in English.
Meetings are conducted in English / Spanish depending on the preference or knowledge of the participants.
Availability for on call duties during Month End Closing (24 hours, 7 days)
Traveling in EMEA Region could be requested
Requisitos
Background :
Minimum : University degree in Business Administration, Information Technologies or Engineering
Ideal : Master Degree
