This role is accountable for supporting Metro Region GTM S&D results and performance reporting associated with Go to Market Selling and Delivery, inclusive of transformation initiatives related to Selling and Delivery team. Reporting and analytics inclusive of Region, Market, and Location level executional activities. As the GTM analyst for the region level initiatives, you will collaborate closely with Go Spot Check liaison to build and manage team surveys, execution missions and track coaching activities. You will be responsible for updating the team on priority measure and think innovatively around new tools, applications, and systems the teams can leverage to unlock efficiencies.
Responsibilities- Support Go to Market productivity agenda for both S&D and Transformation
- Collaborate with Region/Go Spot Check App Leadership to become the expert in managing survey builds
- Support tracking Execution Activities at Region, Market, and Location Level
- Track and scorecard service and productivity measures with timeliness and accuracy
- Leverage analytics and data to provide insights and visibility to Leadership on areas of opportunity and performance
- Leverage various internal and external tools to drive productivity and deliver service agenda
- Work closely with S&D OPS Managers on reporting and KPI updates
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Strong knowledge of Excel, Business Applications, Bi Reporting, ERT/Tableau
- Strong analytical and communication skills required
