Senior Business Development Representative (Senior BDR) - working at the cutting edge of AI, with Large Enterprise

What You Will Do

  • This is an outbound role, engaging with senior executive audiences in target companies
  • You are part of a team identifying new business enterprise prospects as well as opportunities within our existing customer base for our AI solution in a set of targeted accounts
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the specific challenges, needs, and goals of specific individuals and teams within target enterprise accounts;

predominantly from the Pharma and Life Sciences industry and the Consumer Packaged Goods industry

  • Stay informed and leverage market insights / trends and understanding of the customer / industry landscape to develop and communicate an effective strategy for outreach and to identify / qualify potential opportunities.
  • Building on your research, develop business cases for hyper personalized and targeted outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise organizations.
  • Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport
  • Utilize all available channels (email, phone, social media, etc.) to contact potential clients to verify your findings and strategies
  • Engage with potential clients through various outbound strategies and communication channels (phone, email, social media, video conferencing, etc.

to initiate contact and nurture relationships with prospects as well as articulate the value of our solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Continuously seek to improve outreach strategies and streamline processes for higher efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably within an enterprise-focused environment - you are building a solid career in enterprise technology sales.
  • A track record of working in and understanding enterprise sales cycles and you know how to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • You are a natural born hunter. You thrive on success and you’re able to seek it out.
  • Exceptional research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources.
  • Comfortable and confident conversing with senior executive audiences.
  • You are successful in crafting highly personalized and compelling messaging and can demonstrate your success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Native fluency in English, and business English (oral and written) additional languages are a plus.
