We are seeking an engaged Senior Client Partner to execute territory sales strategies, present solutions to existing customers, and identify new opportunities across a high-profile client base.

The Senior Client Partner role is responsible for identification, Progressing and Closing Managed Services opportunities across NTT clients as well as hunt for net new opportunities with new logo accounts.

This role will primarily focus on NTT’s Enterprise Networking Managed Services portfolio. The Sr Client Partner will work closely with the Client Managers, Area Vice Presidents, Area Sales Directors and appropriate teams to establish an effective sales growth plan.

In this role, you will :

  • Regularly achieve and exceed assigned quota targets through strategic account penetration and collaboration with client managers and independent prospecting activities
  • Act as a solution expert to clients and client managers for assigned solution set or lines of business
  • Engage clients at a strategic level to gain understanding of the business issues and objectives driving the client’s needs and developing appropriate solution strategies
  • Contribute to strategic planning activities across existing & prospective client bases to identify and position opportunities based on business unit and regional strategies
  • Maintain a strong technical understanding of Cloud / Network / Security managed services with a general awareness for all service offerings within NTT

What will make you a good fit for the role?

This role is perfect for you if you :

  • Have 7+ years of directly relevant sales experience, including direct experience with target solutions.
  • Extensive experience selling Network Managed Services including but not limited to SDN / SDWAN / WAN, Unified Communications, Security Solutions, Managed Infrastructure Services, Contact Center, IOT, etc..
  • Proven success in Cloud / Network / Security, services, consultative selling and collaborative sales models is required
  • Selling experience to the C-Suite and positioning the value proposition of complex managed services
  • Proven success in both new client acquisition and client expansion preferred

Skills and Core Competencies

  • Expertise with target solutions and how they impact a client’s business
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Managed Services, Enterprise Applications and Management services
  • Strong understanding and experience with Network technologies SDWAN, Management Services etc.
  • Strong consultative selling skills consistent with NTT’s Solution Selling methodology
  • Team player able to coordinate and lead appropriate resources
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant business metrics and economics
  • Effective interaction and relationship building at senior and technical levels within the client’s environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate & influence clients

Education / Qualifications Required

  • Bachelors or higher is required, preferably in Information Technology or Business
  • Relevant partner certifications highly desired
