Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in dashboard creation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Clik.
• Product management and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on business impact.
• Knowledge of programming in Python.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platform.
• Understanding of DataOps principles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Git version control system.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Ability to independently manage projects and stakeholders.
• Effective business requirement analysis skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within the team, with internal stakeholders, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling : Building data models using SQL and PowerBI tools to support key business decisions.
• Team Collaboration : Leading a team of Data Analysts, providing support to colleagues, working closely with project managers, data engineers, and clients.
• Data Analysis : Collaborating with data engineers and clients to create fast, efficient, and scalable solutions.
• Data Model Development : Automating data models using Python and gaining a deep understanding of data sets to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Reporting and Visualization : Creating creative data analysis and visualization techniques to deliver meaningful insights and generate return on investment.
• Project Management : Independently managing projects while collaborating with stakeholders and clients.
• Mentoring and Developing Junior Team Members : Assisting in skill development and assigning tasks to junior team members.
