Senior Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at Parser, you will be part of our team and work on engineering projects, help improve our processes and tooling with an automation first approach wherever possible. You will also help maintain our existing security engineering tools and automation while looking at how we can continuously improve these, whether that be built in house or integrating third party solutions. As well as developing/maintaining our data integrations that we rely on to measure our security programme performance including reporting & dashboarding.

What you'll bring to us:

• Proven Coding /scripting experience (e.g. Python, Bash)
• Proven track record within a Data Engineer or engineering environment where you have deployed software / pipeline using CI/CD
• Experience using the data warehousing tool: Snowflake.
• Understanding of incident response processes/investigations
• Experience in implementing security controls or maintaining security tools
• You have worked in an Agile environment or open to adopting this culture.
• Cloud experience: Proficient in AWS, with expertise in data and analytics services such as Redshift, Kinesis, Glue, and Lake, among others.
• Excellent English communication skills.
