Tasks
The person to hold this position will coordinate a team of junior and intermediate project managers. The candidate will be expected to coordinate technical and financial reporting processes with team, guiding junior members and assigning tasks.
This senior profile will be in active contact with clients or fellow project partners, attend or coordinate Innovarum’s participation in project meetings / actions, and work to guarantee a good control and performance of assigned projects.
- This position involves traveling nationally and internationally throughout Europe to project-related events and consortium meetings as well as periodic team meetings.
- Eventually, this person will give as well support with other on-going tasks.
Requirements
MANDATORY SKILLS
- English & Spanish C2 level (proficiency) is MANDATORY, both oral and written. Refrain from applying if you do not fulfil this requirement!
- University degree preferable in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, environmental sciences or similar.
- About 5 years working in collaborative and multidisciplinary EU projects (H2020) and initiatives related to innovation in the agri-food sector, bioeconomy, and related issues.
- At least 2 years of experience carrying out public oral presentations.
- Experience in team coordination. Negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and curiosity in undertaking new tasks.
- Availability to travel frequently (approx. monthly).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
