Job Description
MAKE A DIFFERENCE
In this role you will work within a multidisciplinary global team to discover, define, and design experiences that empower farmers to work more effectively and efficiently by utilizing our data-driven solutions.
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help :
- Develop new products and features, but also improve existing ones.
- Become an expert in web app development.
- Expand your development experience across the stack and to other platforms
- Contribute to the product process : thinking through UX, UI, and working with users to solve their problems
- Champion code quality, new technologies, and architectural design within the company
Technologies we use : React, React Native, TypeScript, Redux, react-query, zustand, styled-components, LESS
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
We are highly people-focused we look for professionals who are engaged, collaborative and excellent in execution. Leaders are expected to communicate effectively, develop teams and lead by example.
Our industry and our function are changing rapidly so we are looking for new team members with a strong desire to develop themselves.
You will be a great fit if you have :
- 5+ years of professional frontend web development experience.
- Strong expertise in React and / or React Native.
- Deep understanding of browser JavaScript (including the DOM and platform APIs).
- Strong refactoring skills and effective working with legacy code.
- Take pride in building elegant and beautiful products, with outstanding quality.
- Write clean and maintainable code covered by robust automated tests.
- Used to work in agile environments, with short cycle times, fast feedback look, and very good communication.
- Open to the best tool for the job and excited to learn new technologies.
- Good communicator who can break down tricky topics in writing and in person.
- Leadership skills, knowledge-sharing mindset, and ability to mentor other developers.
- Willingness to help to build an inclusive culture and shape our future.
