YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Global governance definition of Blades Supply Chain at all our plants.
  • Establish guidelines, processes, measures, special projects and training plans. Perform escalation management and governance for global and local SCM. 
  • Represent Blades SCM in different global projects.
  • Perform global material planning activities on defined materials.
  • Establish processes and measures, global governance definition of blades Supply Chain at all our plants and train the teams.
  • Development and definition of KPIs.
  • Define, launch, and manage continuous improvements and special projects in Supply Chain area.
  • Secure completion of defined strategies and processes.
  • Perform escalation management, mitigation actions & risk management on daily operations of global & local entities.
  • Perform full material management activities of selected material categories and/or new projects. Including MMD and MRP in SAP and Excel.
  • Supplier management.
  • Follow up, monitor, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Focal point of site: follow up, kpis status, wc control, manage risks and support SCM site demands. Ensure best performance as per KPI definitions. 
  • Perform audits within our sites and define action plan follow up.
  • Ensure the best interface with other departments to define supplier contracts, SoW, logistics contracts, Info records deviations, red alerts, …
  • Support systems in the areas of material management, warehousing & logistics.
  • Develop PowerBI and Excel books based on demand and manage as focal point.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Economics or engineering.
  • High Knowledge in spoken and written English
  • High experience in SCM. Procurement, MMD, MRP, supplier management, logistics and warehouse. Processes definition, risk management and KPIs in the whole Supply Chain.
  • Specific Knowledge: MM & WM SAP ECC and/or 4Hana, Excel, Power BI.
  • Experience on integrating different tools and development and definition of KPIs including data strategy, data mining, driven data, and visualization.
  • Proactive coordination of unexpected problems to minimize risks.
  • Ability to work, develop proposals and get results with simple directions.
  • Analytical and structured ability to work.
  • Strong ownership to define, implement and improve global processes and instructions.
  • Process understanding and systemic way of working.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, good communication skills, commitment, and dedication.
