This is a Full Time position as an Individual Contributor.

Must be fluent in BOTH English and German.

Base salary ranges from 40-53k euros with equity and benefits on top.

HubSpot is looking for a Senior Integrated Campaigns Marketing Manager to join our regional DACH marketing team. In this job, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and accelerating growth through launching, executing, and reporting on Integrated Campaigns.

You’ll bring together all marketers of the DACH marketing team to create quarterly Integrated Campaigns that raise brand awareness and drive revenue for HubSpot in the DACH market.

This is a highly cross-functional role in which you’ll work closely with stakeholders across sales, customer success, product, and marketing.

Responsibilities :

  • Set up strategic integrated marketing campaigns along all stages of the flywheel (attract, engage, delight) to raise brand awareness and drive revenue for HubSpot in DACH
  • Develop messaging and value propositions for specific buyer personas, industries, and target businesses
  • Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Plan and host virtual and physical events to help sales advance into new industries and accelerate conversations with existing buyers
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to stay aligned with our company themes and upcoming product launches
  • Align with your fellow EMEA marketers on joint campaigns to leverage global initiatives in the region
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across business development, sales, product, and customer success to maximize growth potential of the German market through the adoption of integrated marketing initiatives

Requirements :

  • We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, a great teammate, and someone with marketing experience in high-tech SaaS, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable for developing and delivering programs within a very high-velocity, shifting environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • A clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, field marketing, and sales enablement content creation
  • Solid business acumen, with sales experience or enablement experience, is a must
  • Very analytical and uses data to solve problems
  • Are an excellent communicator, writer, and storyteller in German and English
