Tasks
- Identify, design, develop & deploy advanced ML solutions
- Contribute to enhancing the overall ML architecture, infrastructure, data pipelines
- Be responsible for crafting and implementing cutting-edge data products, ML models, and systems aimed at optimizing the user experience of the HCM system
- Work closely with engineering and product teams within an Agile framework
- Take the lead in defining and promoting best practices to create adaptable, high-performing AI models and systems that continuously evolve and improve
Requirements
- Exposure to platforms like Databricks, MLflow, and Jupyter Notebookscs, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Possess 8+ years of experience, honing and developing the relevant skills required for this role, gained through work in a similar or related capacity
- Have a high level of proficiency in Python, data structures and algorithms, and in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
- Experience with AWS cloud solutions like Lambda and SageMaker, as well as expertise in CI / CD tools like Jenkins and non-relational databases (NoSQL)
- Exposure to platforms like Databricks, MLflow, and Jupyter notebooks
