Tasks
As a SeniorBackend Developer you will play a key role indesigning and implementing complex software solutions, be involvedin architectural high-level strategic decisions, participate incode reviews, and mentor other team members.
Inconcrete terms, this means :
- Developing and maintaining Node.jsapplications will be one of your maintasks
- Your responsibilities include the entireproduct lifecycle from designing and documentation tocoding, testing and releasing
- You will be part of system-widearchitecture discussions and making architecturedecisions
- You will produce efficient and clean code, based on specifications and be responsible to revise, update,refactor and debug them
Requirements
- As you willbe hired at senior level, you have 5+ years ofexperience in JavaScript and Node.js
- You have a degree in computerscience , engineering or similarareas
- You have exceptionalknowledge of asynchronous programming and its nuances
- You are familiar with other platform-level tools such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernete
- You have a proficient understanding ofdatabases (SQL & NoSQL) and UI / UXdesign
- Excellent problem-solvingskills and the ability to work as partof a team distinguishes you
- Youare fluent in english - spoken andwritten - to handle the communication in your day-to-daywork.
