How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design of HVDC Plant Layouts as a solution to individual project requirements
- Leading a project team of electromechanical, acoustic, seismic and CAD engineers from project start till the construction phase of the plant
- Responsible for the overall coordination of all involved teams ( engineering disciplines, sales, project management, installation, suppliers) in the design process to ensure compliance with customer requirements, EHS and international standards
- Main contact person for the HVDC Plant Layout to our customers, internal and external partners and suppliers
- Ensuring the overall success of the project regarding time, costs and quality
What You Bring
- Completed university degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering Alternatively, you have a comparable education in a
- technical field with corresponding professional experience
- Long-term professional experience in international turnkey projects, ideally in the field of HVDC, FACTS or substations
- Advanced project management skills to ensure project timelines, costs and quality
- Leadership and communication skills as well as motivation, willingness to learn and passion for the job
- Fluent English skills, German (B1 level) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools ( AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Siemens NX or similar) or willingness to learn them
