ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support cross-org projects and initiatives to meet the changing business environment and manage complex business needs.
Focus on and design an Employee Training Program as a key strategic initiative.
Work with leaders to define and operationalize improvements to the team’s communication strategy inclusive of SharePoint design, new communication mediums, deck templates, and more.
Partner closely with stakeholders across the HR team and GDC business.
Collaborate with leaders across the business to improve and optimize quality, efficiency, and effective resource management.
This includes the development of business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency.
Create and manage on-going review cadence for key team metrics; work with HRIS team to provide reporting.
Communicate changes in procedures to the wider HR team and organization.
Monitor and track project progress, actively manage risk and issues, and effectively escalate when needed.
Coordination of meetings, including HR support for the Quarterly Communication Meetings and the Monthly Department Meeting;
prepares agenda and PowerPoint slides for HR meetings; reserves facilities when needed.
Identify and perform ad-hoc analysis, as needed to support the business need.

Must be very organized, analytical, and structured strong governance-orientation to ensure processes are followed and decisions are made at the appropriate level.
Understanding of Project Management, and Planning
Ability to demonstrate strong capability and expertise in SharePoint and MS Office (Project, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong presentation and communication skills
Able to work in a team environment with possibly many different agendas.
Flexible and willing to consider others’ ideas.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
10 years working in a corporate or large matrix organization environment.
Background, experience, and education in Human Resources; PMP / PgMP, is a plus.
BA or BS required. SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Combination of sitting, walking, standing, and bending.
Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
WORK CONDITIONS
This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be onsite in a shared work environment.
Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
