DirecciónVerisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Senior Project & Processes Engineer . This is a critical role that will lead & contribute to define, implement, and keep track of the different initiatives from quality and portfolio performance perspective.
The candidate will synchronize all the stakeholders needed for this purpose in a multi-country environment. From technical teams to business and support areas, and external partners.

Responsibilities will include :
- Defining the project plan with its milestones and deliverables making sure that it is available and documented.
- Identify resources needed.
- Monitor, prepare and report status and deadlines commitments to various stakeholders across the organization.
- Notify changes, issues and / or delays.
- Keep tracking on business requests of the projects and its status.
- Identification of potential risks and development of plans to intervene (assessment and mitigation)
- Identify, apply, and keep tracking of KPIs to measure performance.
- Project plan review to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Review deliverables prepared by the teams involved.
- Arbitrate choices and conflicts.
- Create, review, and continuously evolve processes to manage different situations to collaborate between business and technology areas, like for instance the countries demand management, prioritization to technical teams, etc.
- Ensure continuous alignment of processes around roles, responsibilities, timelines, tools, and activities around the processes.
Candidate profile
Experiences and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (Telecoms engineering).
- 10 years of experience in Engineering projects (Phases, life cycles, metrics, and methodologies).
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST (Minimum C1)
- Agile Methodologies knowledge and the flexibility to work within hybrid models. Specially about Scrum and SAFe.
- Experience in processes management and improvements, with a planning horizon up to 2 years.
- Practical experience in change management with solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Atlassian tools knowledge (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience working on an international PMO for launching new Product and Services, covering the whole project life cycle from ideation to massive launch.
