Tasks
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current trends and pricing in the real estate industry
- Coordinate property viewings and negotiate deals with potential buyers or tenants
- Prepare and present property listings, including photos and descriptions, to attract interested parties
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages will be meritorious.
