Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who set up and lead the QA strategy for the Marketing and Sales domains in our 17 Countries.

• Define and implement the test strategy of the Global Marketing and Sales IT department.
• Align this implementation and tools used with the QA discipline in the company. Collaborate with the discipline with create the best in class QA processes in the company.
• Define the way of working regarding QA aligned with the product owner, technical lead and scrum master.
• Lead the execution of this QA strategy and implementation of this way of working in each of the scrum teams aligned with the priorities and situation of each project.
• Manage performance of the QA test together with the product owners and technical leads of each team (6-7 people).
• Work together with the Service / Maintenance team, QA team and developers to drive to 0 the bugs in production.
• Implement a continuous improvement mindset within the QA team and other members of the company with the objective of maximize the quality in production.
• Improve testing processes like implementation of E2E scenarios which covers critical processes.
• Define and lead the implementation of the testing automation strategy .
• Lead the implementation of the device farm project and promote the usage in the company.
• Build reports to understand the QA situation within the teams. Report status of implementation of the strategy to middle and senior management.

Competencies

• Strategic mindset and leadership skills to lead a team and the implementation of the strategy.
• 5+ years’ experience leading QA teams
• 10+ years’ experience in testing
• Experience with testing plugin in JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience with devices farm tools (Google, AWS, Saculelabs)
• Experience with testing automation tools (selenium, webdriver.io, apium)
• Experience working in international environment
• Experience managing senior management stakeholders
• Functional understanding of the marketing and sales business
• Experience with Agile Methodologies / lean and tools : JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Ability to clearly communicate with peers, manager and senior managers
• Ability to function with new technologies

Requirements

Education :

• Master / B.A in Computer Engineer or Telecommunications
• English B2
