About the role
In this position, you will be responsible for executing the organizations overall test methodologies and approaches within our product squads, which you will support from test perspective. In this role, you will bring industry expertise, software-testing experience, and execute in line with product development, agile and devops best practices.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive the standard execution of each test phase (system, integration, functional, regression, acceptance etc.) in your product scope.
- Contribute to the refinement and ongoing improvement of the test management strategy for the products and squads in scope.
- Execution of test governance and associated standards within your product squad.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies being accountable for testing assessment, provide estimation support and ensure execution on quality and time (e.g. refinement, retrospective, sprint reviews¡).
- Ensure all test related deliverables are created to quality in line with strategy and approach.
- Support formal review cycles including informal review, formal review, testing sign-off and quality assurance reviews focused on continuous improvement.
- Utilize test environments, test data and test related tooling in accordance with the company standards.Collaborate with other test management experts in the overall test approach and frameworks.
- Collaborate with peers globally in scaling test teams, processes, and standards.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years´ experience in a similar role with a shown track record as a QA Engineer
- 5+ years´ experience working in Agile projects.
- Track experience in modern project and test management tools (e.g Jira, Xray).
- Business proficient in English (written and spoken) and Spanish proficient (spoken)
- Attention to detail: QA engineer should be able to spot minor details the systems, as well as the details that contribute to a top application.
- Effective written and spoken communication skills. Ability to negotiate and liaise with stakeholders.
- Critical thinking attitude.
- Adaptability to new technologies, methodologies and project requirements.
Nice to have
- Salesforce and Agile/SAFe Certifications would be advantageous.
- API testing or Test Automation experience would be advantageous.
