Due to our growing Rail Transportation business, we’re now looking for a dynamic, growth focused Senior Advisor with proven experience in the Rail sector to join our Business Development & Sales Enablement Team .
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Consultant to help us grow and develop our rail business, by taking to market our innovative portfolio of services across areas such as Independent Assurance, Advisory and Digital Rail .
You will get the opportunity to : develop new services & products, upkeep global and local accreditations, participate in business performance improvement and process optimization and implementation of go-to-market tactical actions.

To be successful in this role, you need :
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Rail sector;
- Global exposure : proven track record in global positions within main companies of the sector and diverse regulatory environments;
- Product development : track record in rail service development, lifecycle development and digital transformation;
- Operational Excellence : proven expertise in optimization and technology integration;
- Stakeholder management : proven skills in aligning cross-functional teams and engaging with industry bodies and key clients;
- Risk Management : ability to identify, assess and mitigate operational and market risks effectively;
- Advanced English speaker. Other languages will be a plus;
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally;
- Willingness to temporary relocate for national and / or international projects if required.
Experience and knowledge in the following fields will be valued :
- Design, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of Rail Subsystems such as signalling, rolling stock, infrastructure, and energy;
- Consultant / Assessor in rail brownfield / greenfield for Systems Engineering & Systems Assurance;
- Experience in the application of technologies for rail innovation / digital transformation projects, as well as Research & Development projects;
- Experience in the implementation and upkeeping of global, regional and local accreditation / recognition schemes for delivery of accredited assurance in the rail sector.
