DirecciónJob Brief : We are seeking a Pricing & Tendering Support Analyst to join our Commercial Operations department. In this role, you will provide direct support to the sales representatives within the Sustainability Business, assisting in complex offer development throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy or sustainability industry, but is not essential as industry training will be provided.
Possessing exceptional communication and people skills, and be able to work with a customer first approach is essential.
The role will be expected to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support an efficient and effective sales process.
Responsibilities : Support preparation of prospect proposals and bids Collaborate with sales managers and directors Ensure compliance with the companies sales process and governance Support the development and maintain quality proposal content Support and coordinate the pricing process from end to end Develop insight and knowledge to become and Pricing & Tendering subject matter expert.
Capture sales-related data for analysis and decision-making Identify and suggest sales process improvements Support workflow and time management across the team Support additional tasks to support the broader business Requirements : Preferred experience in Pricing, Tendering or Sales support Preferred experience with working with ERP and CRM systems Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical and multitasking abilities Teamwork and motivational skills Degree
