In NNIT we are looking to expand our team of SCRUM Masters and Project Managers for our Life Science Business Unit.
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with good insights into the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain, or Life Scince sector experience, with ability to learn specifics about Production IT.
Our customer’s requirement is that the person hired for this position will be available onsite in Copenhagen for at least few days a week.
It means that regular and often travel will be integral part of this job. You must expect working in Copenhagen 2-5 days per week, depending on the stage and progress of the project.
What you will be doing
- Advice our clients on their journey to unlock business value and identify opportunities that will make our clients better off
- Lead the Scrum team to deliver on their committed tasks through facilitating stand-ups, planning meetings, retrospectives, identifying and removing impediments, managing risks and monitoring the sprint progress etc.
- Coach the Scrum team with the Scrum process, e.g. help them align on a definition of done
- Act as a Servant-leader for the Scrum Team
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritized product backlog
- Facilitate interaction between stakeholders and the Scrum team
- Share knowledge across the teams and promote growth and foster a culture of feedback
We are looking for proactive Scrum Master who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally.
The qualifications of an ideal candidate
- At least 3 years of experience with IT projects including project management or Scrum Master experience
- Deep insight into the manufacturing and Supply chain domain. I.e. you are familiar with IT systems like MES, SCADA, ERP (SAP), and have good knowledge of the manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Capacity to effectively build followership and coach a team to adapt the agile practices, principles, and values
- Great communication skills, and you feel confident also dealing with difficult subject
- A SAFe certification or similar
- A positive attitude, proactiveness and being a person that people want to be around
- You are located in the greater Copenhagen area or able to travel here frequently
