How to contribute to our vision
As Senior Strategy Manager you are responsible for leading strategy initiatives and ensures project overall success via clear conceptual scoping and set-up of targets.
To your daily responsibilities belong :
- Demonstrates understanding of overall problems and the analytic steps required to solve it
- Identifies key issues and linkages; scopes module and prioritizes analyses through hypothesis-driven approach.
- Conducts complex quantitative and qualitative analysis and modeling independently and effectively, applying reality checks and pushing for key insights and practical recommendations.
- Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalates if necessary.
- Creates effective and concise written communication material (slides, emails, memos, etc.)
- Monitors risks and initiates corrective actions
- Manages conversations / meetings effectively
- Prioritize work effectively, identifies next steps proactively
- Engages effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Leads and coordinates project teams
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- University degree within Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar.
- Work experience as Strategy Consultant
- Passion for finding ways to improve the quality and efficiency of work, and not settling for good enough"
- Strength at critically evaluating information, generating solutions, and using facts, logic, and experience to support decisions
- An open and collaborative mindset, willing to support and take on tasks where needed.
- Team player eager to learn new things.
- Fluent in English both written and oral.
