Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Leader to lead a team of Security Operators providing global services related to Endpoint Security, Network Security, and Cloud Security.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that handles subjects such as Antimalware, EDR, encryption, local admin privileges management, firewall rules, VPN issues, proxy exceptions, and other cloud security-related topics.
The role requires a good command of English and involves service management responsibilities. Missions : Lead and mentor the Security Operators team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services Drive the development and implementation of Security Operations best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address requirements Act as a key contributor to the continuous improvement of Security Operations and incident response processes Responsibilities : Lead and manage a global team of Security Operators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship Oversee and ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the team's activities related to Endpoint, Network, and Cloud Security Act as a service manager, ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Security Operations and incident response processes Develop and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and documentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the team's performance and service delivery Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on security-related issues
