Business unit statement
Cyber Defense organization has been created in 2018. The aim is to execute the strategy defined by Group Security and deliver Cyber products to the AXA entities.
The Product & Services department is responsible for creating and updating the product roadmap, managing the operations of the security products, in addition to enhancing product capabilities to meet entity requirements.
The SOC (Security Operations Centre) is the heart of Cyber Defense and as part of this product we need to ensure the SOC data is shared with the AXA entities receiving the service in the most efficient, timely, accurate, complete and meaningful manner.
The SOC Self Service Portal is the place where SOC data and KPIs are displayed for the AXA entities to get a view of their environment and performance.
The SOC Self Service Portal service owner will join the Service Management team in Cyber Defense, working on initiatives, development and extending the perimeter of SSSP.
Main activities and responsibilities
Build and communicate the SSSP vision and roadmap in alignment with the SOC roadmap
Maximize the customer and business value of the product.
Own the backlog, the product delivery and the product performance
Build the product Roadmap and cascadeit to relevant stakeholders
Manage the Product budget, monitor costing and sourcing with the help of support functions
Develop the product promotion and marketing strategy
Implement agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes to optimize product development and delivery
Formalize the Delivery Model based on Product’s vision and strategy
Job purpose
Product delivery
- Establish processes for efficient operation of SSSP in business as usual mode (request, incident, change management)
- Establish agile way of working with supplier and operations teams to ensure delivery
- Work with Service Delivery Managers and entities to ensure the data quality and accuracy in SSSP
- Define the product roadmap and lifecycle
Roadmap
- Create, own and maintain the tactical roadmap in alignment with SOC roadmap and Cyber Defense priorities and entities needs
- Align with and manage the vendor relationship in order to receive inputs on the next releases. Estimate the potential impact on the current product delivered to the entities.
Communicate / explain the tactical roadmap on a regular basis to the entities
Drive the day to day delivery of the tactical product roadmap
Budget Management
- Manage, communicate and optimize the budget for SSSP
- Review the charge back model to entities
Project delivery
- Deliver the projects related to SSSP product roadmap
- Act as primary project sponsor for all projects related to SSSP product
Estimate the required project costs in July for the next year in alignment with the tactical roadmap

Profile
Education
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Post-graduate degree in Project / Product Management, IT or a closely-related subject
Certification
Certifications in Information Security domain are desirable but is not essential
Overall work experience in the field
Experience in IT field >
8 years
Experience in Information Security field >
5 years (advantage)
- Proven experience in product management
- Proven experience in international, multicultural and large scale enterprise
