THESE CHALLENGES ARE WAITING FOR YOU :

• Coordination of serviceagreements (Service Level agreement, SLA) with customers andservice / product owners (SPO)
• Involvement inthe transition (service introduction) of customer service
• Clarification of customer requirements
• Monitoring and controlling service qualityand the agreed service content
• Continuousfurther development of service quality and processes
• Identification of information deficits or gaps inservice provision
• Communication andrelationship management with customers
• Collaboration with account management

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

• Sound professional experience in IT service managementand in dealing with customers and internal partners
• Knowledge of ITIL, project and process management
• Clear service, customer and productorientation
• Strong communication andnegotiation skills combined with strong implementation skills
• High solution orientation and ability todesign and interpret key figures
