The Service Management team in P&C, Collection & Commission Solutions Department is in charge of overviewing technical services that are required from our colleagues.
The scope includes a variety of technologies supporting : Data Solutions, Web Services Applications, Business Intelligence, Financial Solutions, Morgatge Solutions, etc...
You Will
- Support Service Management Team with several activities, monitoring, reporting, data processing, documentation maintenance, etc.
- Support in developing presentation slides, Status Updates, IT Healthchecks, Process Summaries, Service Status Analytics), internal trainings, customer workshops etc.
- Support in maintaining relevant IT Service Documentation in AZ Technology’s systems, ORGS, ServiceNow
- Support in day-to-day operations of Service Management areas : Asset Management, Configuration Management, etc.
- Support in ad-hoc activities required to keep stable and efficient operation of services including availability, capacity of services
- Support with analytics for different process areas in Service Management (configuration, change, release, incident, problem, etc )
Your Skills
- Qualification : University degree (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably in business administration with a focus on information technology
- Knowledge : Stakeholder management Knowledge with MS Office Suite Fluent in English and German Desirable
- Skills : Process and project management, ITIL training or certification desirable. Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast-moving environment Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way Excellent prioritization skills and ability to adapt to changing demands Highly independent and persistent way of working
- Experience : Exposure through other internships, projects or jobs in project coordination, quality assurance, compliance or help desk Desirable previous experience with agile teams Desirable experience working with Configuration Management Database (Service Now or other systems)
