We are currently looking for a Service Sales Representative ( Time & Materials) to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
Role Statement
- Actively sells T&M to end users, installers and other possible clients aiming at achieving a personal sales target.
- Active management and collaboration in cross-selling of the VERTIV portfolio (Contracts, Thermal / Power products and others)
- Ensure that any sales activity, task or responsibility required by the role follows the Vertiv guidelines for International Trade Compliance.
Key Duties
- Actively identify potential T&M customers and create leads also to be distributed to the rest of the Sales force (cross-selling)
- Nurture customer relationships with key T&M accounts
- Prepare, present, and defend quotes, follow up with clients, close orders in ORACLE, using the appropriate management tools and formats.
- Respond to requests for offers in T&M shared mailboxes enabled for such use.
- Provide administrative support to other sales colleagues when dealing with T&M
- Being a local reference for data consistency in ORACLE, including Sales Pipeline (CRM) and cooperating with Central Marketing to resolve pricing issues.
Ensure that all information to manage the order properly are duly available and entered in the system
- Ensure that customer requested dates entered in the system are accurate and reflect as much as possible the real customer needs
- Proactive T&M sales activity support.
- Assist investigating Customer Invoice disputes through to their resolution
- Utilize pricelist and comply with discount rules
Job Requirements
- School Background High school or vocational education, ideally in mechanical or air conditioning systems.
- Language skills Spanish mother tongue English B1-B2
- Technical / Functional skills Technical / functional skills in industrial air conditioning systems or mechanical installations Commercial experience or experience in Service Sales Good communication skills Well organized and able to work under pressure
- Attitudes Customer service oriented Technical details understanding Team player To work for objectives
