We are hiring for Service Now Developer / Service Now Tech Lead (SNOW / ITSM / CMDB / CSA)
Location:
Hybrid and 2-3 days in Lisbon, Portugal
- Expertise in core Service Now functionalities like IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT asset discovery.
- Ability to create and manage workflows (flows, sub-flows, actions) using Service Now's visual workflow designer.
- Experience with various Service Now scripting languages like Script Includes, Server-Side Scripting (SSS), Client-Side Scripting, and writing reusable scripts for automation
- Utilizing Service Now's discovery tools and other relevant methods to identify and map IT infrastructure components (network, software, dependencies).
- Creating and maintaining scripts and workflows to automate and optimize IT processes, improving efficiency.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementor certifications (ITSM) / Implementation experience of ITSM module
