Site Reliability Engineer

ROLE

• Respond to incidents and escalation, including on-call support and escalation support
• Provide technical support, solution and observability monitoring, and continuous delivery.
• Ensure solution quality assurance and engage in knowledge sharing and learning.
• Collaborate in a multi-functional team ( Product Development, DevOps, SQC, IT Operations, Support Coordination)

PROFILE

• Bachelor degree or technical training in Computer Science, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in application maintenance, especially in application troubleshooting, bug detection, fixing, testing and application is a must
• Strong knowledge of Linux, VM, Shell Scripts
• Experience in application deployment and deployment tools (e.g Jenkins)
• Competence knowledge of at least a database ( understanding schema, able to perform DML using SQL)
• Experience in programming and development at least one programming language (e.g. Python, C, Java, etc).
• Knowledge and experience in Dockers, OpenShift, Kubernetes or similar technologies and experience in automation (e.g. Ansible) will be an advantage

Strong problem-solving skills, a root cause mindset, critical thinking and analytical mindset.

• Strong aptitude and motivation in learning new technical knowledge or skills.
• Good oral and writing communication skills in English
