- define and implement the test strategy
- establish and monitor the problem reporting procedure during various test phases
- track the test progress during various test phases
- coordinate the defect resolution
- organize periodic test management meetings to track the test progress and the defect resolution
- continuously explore the test automation possibilities and facilitate the test automation using the existing internal test automation framework
- collaborate with the internal cross-teams, situated at various international locations
What You Bring
- proven experience as a senior Test manager, managing the testing of the projects with varying degrees of size
- knowledge of various development methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / SAFe etc.)
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Test Automation (Frameworks, Technology)
- thorough knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- communicative, team-oriented and resilient personality
- fluent in English and Spanish (German would be a plus)
- familiarity with Securities line of business is an advantage
