The successful candidate will work in the definition and roll out of automotive software development processes (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434) and the subsequent monitoring and assessment of their execution in a department for embedded software development for automotive power electronics applications.
Your Role & Responsibilities
In our R&D center in Valencia we are working on various projects in this area, in a dynamic and growing environment.
We are looking for people motivated & with high potentials to drive us in our path, to achieve our goals & shape our vision.
Define processes and methods for automotive software development for norms like ASPICE, ISO 26262 or ISO 21434 in collaboration with the quality department and the process and methods groups.
Ensure the availability of the functions and features in the software development tool chain necessary to implement the defined methods in coordination with the OnePLM team.
Train members of the software development department in the defined processes and methods as well as the correct use of the tool chain.
Monitor the correct implementation of the defined tools and processes in the software development department.
Create KPI's for the software development department to ensuere the correct implementation of the defined tools and processes and the overall performance of the entire department.
Your Skills & Strengths
Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or similar.
Experience in relevant automotive software development norms (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ).
Knowledge of embedded software development (preferably embedded C and MATLAB / Simulink).
Knowledge of UML.
Experience in roll-out and monitoring software development processes.
Experience in training team members.
Knowledge of ALM tools (preferably Polarion and PTC Windchill).
C1 level of English is required. Spanish or german will be valued.
