This dynamic role seamlessly blends the art of wine curation with the warmth of Guest Relations, emphasizing a personalized experience.
As a Sommelier and Guest Relations Host, you will expertly manage the wine program, ensuring an exceptional selection, contribute to CRM data improvement for personalized guest interactions, and actively work to achieve sales objectives set by management.
Wine Program Management :
- Curate and Maintain : Craft and update an impressive wine selection, reflecting diverse tastes and preferences.
- Expert Recommendations : Provide insightful and tailored wine recommendations, elevating the dining experience.
- Cellar Oversight : Manage cellar organization and inventory, ensuring optimal storage conditions and a well-curated wine list.
Guest Relations :
- Warm Greetings : Greet and seat guests with a genuine and friendly demeanor, setting a positive tone.
- Dining Experience : Ensure a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience through attentive service and personalized attention.
- Guest Engagement : Address guest inquiries and special requests, fostering a sense of hospitality and satisfaction.
- Personalized Approach : Contribute to the improvement of our CRM data to enhance the personalization of guest experiences.
Sales Objectives :
Achieve Targets : Actively work towards achieving sales objectives set by management through effective wine promotions, upselling, and strategic pricing.
Staff Training :
- Training Programs : Develop and conduct training programs for restaurant staff to enhance their knowledge of wine, service etiquette, and customer engagement.
- Collaboration with Chefs : Collaborate with chefs to ensure a cohesive understanding of wine and food pairings for a seamless dining experience.
