- You will be responsible for preparing and presenting banqueting and À la carte dishes of the highest quality to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You’ll also be responsible for menu planning, controlling food waste, food cost and developing culinary talent.
- You’ll supervise and coordinate all activities and personnel concerning food preparation, kitchen, and storeroom areas
- You’ll be up to date with latest culinary trends, able to turn creative ideas into exciting new dishes
- You will thrive in a high-pressure environment whilst maintaining a high level of creativity and quality
