Description
This role will support the in CRM Northern or Southern expertise, Data Analytics, reporting, insights gathering, SFE analytics (segmentation and targeting and SIP analytics).
It is a critical function to support our build-up of commercial operations in our Northern or Southern Cluster region and to provide standardized reporting, access to data and accountability across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with global analytics team representing the region.
- Supporting the development of reporting and analysing business performance measurements through reports and dashboards.
- Supporting data governance across the region.
- Managing aggregation and mapping of data across different platforms (e.g. sales data and rep activity data).
- Supporting and leveraging the CRM-system to develop strategic insights on sales force effectiveness and assisting markets onboard onto the new CRM platform.
- Supporting regional data management for competitive, market and sales data
- Collaborate with team to promote sales excellence through various means, including metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting analytics support.
- Connect with and influence other specialist departments and external service providers.
- Able to anticipate the needs of the Cluster operations, both from a central as well as a country point of view.
- Provide technical guidance and support to markets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Solid background and significant experience in the areas of CRM, data and competitive intelligence, business analytics and promotional effectiveness.
- Very proactive skills, hands-on, and driven individual, able to work with different culture.
- Collaborative and able to handle multiple stakeholders, including contractors or third-party vendors.
- Background in leading processes of improvement and processes of design initiatives, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions as problems faced are often complex and vary across markets.
- Strong experience in interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending solutions / best practices.
