DirecciónLa Residencia is looking for Spa Therapists to join their team for 2024, part time contract (20hrs) and full time contract (40hrs) starting March and May.
Our luxury Belmond hotel is set amongst the beautiful Tramuntana mountains in the small village of Deia, a 40 minute drive from Palma.
Primary responsabilities include:
● To be fully aware of all the Spa services and facilities.
● To ensure all treatments are performed following the La Residencia Hotel and Spa treatment standard.
● To be fully aware of the booking schedule and to keep updated with any changes throughtout the day.
● To check and maintain equipment and product supplies at the beginning and end of each day.
● Always check carefully the guest information prior to the treatment for any extra information about the guest.
● To ensure the guests are not kept waiting for their treatment. Inform reception of any delays or changes.
● To ensure all Spa treatment rooms and areas are kept to a professional standard, clean, tidy and set up to the La Residencia Hotel and Spa standards.
● To ensure all areas of treatment are fully equipped and ready prior to the treatment commencing.

Requirements
Applicants should be immaculately presented, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a passion to create a unique guest experience.
You will need to have an ITEC/CIBTAC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in beauty therapy covering a variety of treatments.
You must have previous experience in a similar 5 star environment with excellent knowledge of skincare, good sales skills demonstrating confidence and competence.
Fluent English is a must and Spanish is an advantage. Applicants must hold an EU passport or Spanish work permit.
