Your role :
- Responsibility for the technical administration of our Procurement Platform Coupa
- First Level Technical Support for user questions related to the Coupa Platform
- Act as the technical contact person for all changes to the Coupa Tool, including the adaptation of workflows, web forms and catalog maintenance in the Coupa Tool
- Monitoring of interfaces between Coupa and the connected systems
- Alignment with the IT department to fix issues with these interfaces
- Supporting the master data team with the maintenance of Supplier Master Data in SAP FI and Coupa
What you bring with you :
Experience : a completed commercial apprenticeship or a completed university degree in economics, IT or a related area.
Significant experience in the technical administration of a procurement tool suite, ideally Coupa, best case including an already completed Coupa Platform Certification.
Practical experience in the areas of master data and / or accounts payable.
IT Skills : Strong affinity for IT. Extensive experience in the technical administration of a procurement tool suite, ideally Coupa.
Proficient with SAP FI (ECC 6.0 and / or S / 4HANA). Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Language skills : Fluent English and German in speech and writing are mandatory, any other European language is an advantage, preferably Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch.
- Personality : Detail-oriented, structured and precise, paired with a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility.
Motivated to work both as part of a team and independently.
Should have : Good understanding of the interaction between master and transactional data. Solid understanding of the interaction between procurement data and finance data.
Experience in working with a ticketing system.
