The Specialist Mulesoft Lead will play a crucial role in the current team, with the following key accountabilities:
- Management and coordination of agile squad activities, working closely with product owners and product managers to design features and prioritize tasks, aligned with Lowi & Vodafone strategy.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, to align expectations and assure strategic product roadmap.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the rest of Lowi/CBU & Digital teams to align the evolution of all digital products.
- Support teams by answering questions or solving problems
- Assemble releases and drive improvements in continuous development and sprint cycles
- Focus on analytics to define and monitor the main KPIs, and help the squads achieve their main objectives.
- Analyze and understand production data to identify issues and improvements on Lowi performance
- Contribute to the development of the sprint epics/stories, also coding, designing, deploying and debugging development projects, measuring and managing technical debt
What you bring?
- Technical or Business degree and experience (double background will be appreciated).
- Customer obsessed and results driven, while aligned with our Digital strategy.
- Good knowledge of the company, products and high level strategy.
- Good understanding of the business, existing functional capabilities/user journeys, wider organizational goals, and desired product business outcomes.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, although traditional project management experience will be also appreciated.
- Strong IT architecture knowledge and technical delivery processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills, with the ability to influence and report to teams & executives.
- Excellent facilitation, organization, and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in fast changing environments under pressure.
- Strong grounding in traditional project management practices and experience with IT delivery is considered a plus.
- Ability and hunger to continuously monitor, learn and implement Group and industry best practices.
- Knowledge and experience on Agile methodologies (SCRUM and SAFe Agile)
- Deep knowledge of programming languages (Java and Python, plus others)
- Digital skills knowledge, including CRO and eCommerce
- English is a must.
